Exhibitor Fees (Indicative)

All prices are in NZD and exclude GST.

Package Price (ex GST)

• Indoor Booth — 2 Days $1,500.00

• Outdoor Booth — 2 Days $4,000.00

• Indoor Machinery Pod — 2 Days $2,500.00

Prices include space allocation for both days, exhibitor listing on the website, and standard access during bump-in/bump-out times.

NZDAA Member Exhibitor Discount

We’re pleased to offer current members a 20% discount on standard indoor booth pricing:

• Member Indoor Booth price: $1,200 + GST (normally $1,500 + GST)

Discount applies to current NZDAA members only and is validated at time of booking.
Outdoor booths and machinery pods are not discounted under this offer.
